Xontah Builders is a company founded by the Hoopa Valley Tribe in Hoopa, California. It was conceived as an economic stimulus for the tribe and was designed by top factory experts to be a state of the art Systems Built housing factory.
The factory is designed to be a world class facility that is capable of producing a wide range of System Built housing products. Since its start in 2005 it has built Residential, Multifamily, and Light Commercial structures.
We at Xontah Builders feel that System Built housing is the future of Building, and feel privileged to have been the first such factory in Northern California.
We are committed to producing not only affordable housing but energy-efficient, green structures that are in keeping with the principals of the Native American Hoopa Tribe.
